Choci Creama

This is my Swiss Great Grandmother's recipe for Choci Creama (Chocolate Cream)  It is delicious and a favorite recipe at Christmas time.  Bonus: It's gluten free (as long as you use gf chocolate chips.)

Beat 2 eggs and 2 Tbsp sugar until creamy and lemony colored.
Melt 8 oz chocolate chips (I use the microwave, just check it often so the chocolate doesn't burn.) Stir melted chocolate into egg mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, but not more than 2.
Cream 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, until you have... Uhhh, whipped cream. ;)
Fold Egg/chocolate mixture into whipped cream. Your arms will hurt from all the folding.
Can be eaten immediately or refrigerated.
